Her leadership is defined by a meticulous, detail-oriented approach, transparent and professional client communication, strict adherence to FCRA and industry best practices, and a commitment to ethical research and data integrity. Her pride in her work begins at home. She lovingly raised five children who have each gone on to success. Her daughters and grandchildren keep her young at heart; one son serves as a United States Marine, and among her sons‑in‑law are a United States Soldier and a law enforcement officer. For her, pride is not just a sentiment—it's a way of life.
